satisfying, perplexing, exhilarating, fatiguing, energizing, stressful, and
rewarding of careers.” The Leadership Academy specifically addresses
what a principal and others in leadership roles must understand to
best support teachers on their Highly Effective Teaching Journey to Excellence. You will work
with tools designed to help you reflect on your own experiences as
you engage in dialogue with other committed educators. Networking
opportunities will be provided. Select the location that best meets
your needs.

Your facilitators are all master HET instructors, highly qualified and experienced administrators. Each is well grounded
